Waited two long dropped vehicle off for a major service 7.30 am.as i arrived back approximately 11.45 am i saw my vehicle being driven in i thought first in first served apparently not not happy Jan

So unprofessional. I went to pick my car up after its service and saw they had made a 45cm crack in my windscreen. They didn’t even tell me the crack was there until I went to drive away, and they would have seen it considering they washed my car after the service. Will not be going back here.

I'd rather deal with a Brisbane Nissan dealer as there is always some problem. Last time I was having an express service it took over 2 hours and still didn't get the car washed
