While the staff are what you would normally expect with a car dealership, trying to sell you everything under the sun, they are very rusty with the Australian Consumer Law. Make sure you question everything they say, especially for a servicing or repair. The free "wash" that you might receive with your servicing seems nothing more than the hose sprayed over the car.
