Second time in a raw coffee was just terrible. Melbourne is most popular for it’s coffee but I think Hudson doesn’t know how to make coffee. Will never visit them again you pay $5.20 and get boiled water with coffee extract. It wasn’t like this before as I have had some really nice coffee at the same place before.

frappes are expensive in this cafe and expecting at least a decent one, but so far this is the worse place to have both coffee and frappes. Even if it's going to worth $1 for their coffee will never ever have my coffee and frappe here. Really sad.

Appalling attitude of a Server at the counter! When I asked for a scone if it could be heated up, she came up with a response, " when I asked if you wanted it heated up, you said no". Such a conversation had not taken place and I decided not to continue with it given the invalidity of it. After heating up, she decided to pack it in a bag knowing that I was not taking it away and I had to ask her if I could have it on a plate. A stack of plates were right behind her and she very reluctantly pulled one out to serve the scone on it. Hudson's should pull up their sock in training their staff in developing some basic courtesy and politeness when dealing with customers. This is the hospitality industry we're talking about and being located in the airport, reflecting the images of the country! I will be more than willing to share the identity of the server involved, if Hudson's is interested.

Ordered a very hot latte this morning and was given a warm coffee. I returned it, and explained to the barista I had asked for extra hot & would she mind heating it up. After waiting quite a bit, She made me a fresh coffee, which was really nice, but it looked and tasted like an instant coffee, I then asked if Hudson lattes have froth (as every other cafe I visit Does) I was told she could make me another coffee with froth, but I would have to wait for all the other orders first. My bus was leaving in minutes and I didn't have time to wait. This was literally the worst coffee I've ever had, I didn't drink it. Won't go there again.,,,

Staff were friendly and proactive, my coffee was great, only problem is that it feels like a soulless chain operating to a formula.
