Having driven past My Coffee Shop several times I took notice of the store. Just before Christmas I decided to buy an espresso maker and had a budget of up to 2000 dollars. I had my eye on a Breville Oracle. I thought that a speciality shop like My Coffee Shop could help me decide and I was decided to go out and bring a coffee machine with me back home. Thus I went to the shop on a weekday around 2 pm. There was a young lady and young guy present at in the shop. When I entered they didn't greet me back and basically just ignored that I arrived. The lady was taking care of some order on the phone (most of the time when I was there) so it would have been up to the guy to offer some service. I slowly walked through the store and all the machines twice but neither of them made any effort to offer any assistance or advice. Since they didn't even greet me (back), I didn't go out of my way to get their attention. After 5-10 minutes of wandering in the shop, I decided that I'm not buying there anything. I left and said a friendly "bye" from the door (loudly to make sure that it's not that they wouldn't hear me) and again got no response on my departure. Very strange and unpleasant experience. Will never visit My Coffee Shop again. (My story had a happy end, I drove directly to Good Guys where I got excellent service and bought a coffee machine and a grinder).
