2008 Ford Focus - Stated that it was leaking coolant in the interior of the car. Heater core has a fault. Had to prove this too them as warranty was a month from finishing. Pulled the side cover off and showed them it dripping in the interior. Was told if its not warranty I will be up for a huge bill for investigating. Everything was changed under warranty - only took a week, ps no rental car to replace it while it was being fixed. Radio didn't work once we received it back. Taken back in. Fixed. Carpet not replaced from coolant soaking it, smelled for a year. Paint Protection plan wasn't communicated. Missed the maintenance Warranty now void. Even though they were servicing the car. Bunch of Crooks.
