Muffin Break's Watergarden's branch: The boss and her worker laughed together about my mum in their own language (Hindu) when she simply made an order. She clarified her order and the female boss yelled and walked away laughing whilst annoyed with my mum. When I explained how hurt my mum felt by her behaviour, she called me a "liar...taking my mum's side...and told me to "go away because I have hundreds of customers each day so losing your business doesn't matter". She also said "I'll say it's true because it will make you happy but the customer is not always right!!" My poor mum 😯
She then yelled at me in front of five customers and then her male colleage put his arm up as a barricade so that she wouldn't continue yelling.
We won't be eating there again. She really humiliated my mum.
