Average quality of coffee, as a brand expectation was high. Customer service really poor. They need to take care in this part.

Staff are very rude and service is very slow. Plenty of coffee shops in Melbourne and not sure why I would ever go here again.

This was one of my favourite coffee stops when in the CBD offering great coffee and great service. On a cold Melbourne winter's day the cafe's upstairs loft area was always welcoming. However lately, both the coffee and service leave a bit to be desired. I'm not sure if this is because the cafe is now under new management because on my last visit the staff looked new.

I had chai latte! Worst worst.. i never had awful chai latte ever before. One star is basic requirement to write a review but i feel that’s too much
