With warm interiors and a wait time that was lesser than usual, Seven Seeds is a welcoming brunch place that has the right amount of non intrusive buzz. It might be just us given we prefer sitting opposite each other but the side by side seating made conversation a little less convenient. The coffee and food on the other hand were excellent! Slow cooked beef brisket practically fell apart at the slightest poke and the spicy hollandaise that accompanied it was packed with flavour. My partner had the wild mushrooms and Seven Seeds' version bore cause for appreciation. Definitely worth a visit!

Features a coffee and food menu fine tuned to perfection. You even receive a information card detailing the attributes of your chosen brew! The staff move around fluidly and masterfully cope with the constant stream of customers. A very inventive and diverse selection of dishes makes for repeat visits. The Ocean Trout Hash was the top pick this time round, with a perfect mould of ingredients, topped with a gooey poached egg, and sided with the show stealing salad. I could probably talk about the salad for the rest of this review, but it's a school night and I need to do some catch up sleep. I'd easily recommend Seven Seeds, they've got brunch worked out to a tee.

Visited this cafe while I was in Melbourne for afew days. The food and coffee were fantastic! I ordered 12hrs coffee braised beef brisket and long black with a hint of butter... amazing! There was no coffee flavour in the brisket but the meat was tender and soft. The sweet potato mash complimented the dish very well. The Long Black tasted good just the way I like it. Coffee was not overly strong and flavour was just right. The service was OK based on my visit. I have to waited for awhile to get staff's attention even tho they noticed me looking for help while they were chatting in a group. Other than that I do recommend to give this place a go. Overall I rate this place 4.2/5😀

There's always a queue but it's generally worth it. Food is delicious and coffee the best in the area. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast brioche, though - very soggy and almost sickening. The rest of the menu is A+. For some reason they only serve 8oz coffees and often my 12oz cup is less than half full. For nearly $5 this is a joke. They do offer a discount if you bring your own cup, but it's $0.20 - laughable. In general it's a great cafe.

Can't go wrong with Seven Seeds coffee. Had a fantastic cold brew. Lots of interesting items on the menu! Need a few more visits to get through them all. Place is very large with lots of different rooms. Would recommend stopping in for a tasty coffee.
