Gloria Jean's Coffees

I actually love the old furnishings. This place has a wonderful ambiance about it. It’s a peaceful, welcoming feeling you get when you enter. It has a lot of character. I hope they don’t modernise it, it’ll end up being just like every other cafe. The staff are lovely. I find them to be pleasant and friendly, in particular, Brendan, Rachael and Olga. They also play cool music there, not just chucking the radio on Nova or whatever like most places do.

Use to be a really good place. Has gone down hill in the last few years. Always in a hurry to serve you and don't like it when you order more then one coffee and food. To top it off the coffee is always bad. Not coming back

The only gloria jeans store who consistently get my orders right. It's not hard but so many stores just can't make a simple iced coffee correctly or put the same amount of cream. This store has comfy seating and I just hope that it stays and doesn't shut down like the other good ones. It's the only store I've been to in the last few years where the ipad actually works where you can redeem and accumulate points.

The coffee is the usual Gloria Jeans standard which is pretty good, but those seats.......guys........the shop needs an incredibly urgent rejuvenation. The fabric seats are so noticeably grimy all over, it's not pleasant to sit there. It's a shame some people out this way don't tame their kids, instead letting them clamber all over the furniture with food and drinks in hand, or that some adults themselves are negligent in the way they handle food and drinks. But it's incumbent on food businesses to provide a reasonable standard of cleanliness. This is the sole reason I won't go again. Sorry.

Waiting for my car to get serviced they were so helpful and lovely totally recommended for all the mummas out there.
