Just had my Ranger Wildtrak serviced at Norton and the whole process was a breeze. The staff were great over the phone, very easy to deal with at the counter and when we got back to pick up the car we found they had cleaned it without us having to ask them to! They addressed all concerns I had, and even assisted me to find reputable people I needed to address the issues they highlighted and explained very thoroughly to me so I understood exactly what needed to be done. The loan car they gave us for the day was great and very clean. I can’t rate this experience high enough! Thanks so much to the team at Norton!!

For the past three years I have been the proud owner of a VW Passat purchased through Norton Motor Group. It was an excellent vehicle but due to some physical difficulties I had to seek out a vehicle that gave me better access. This having been done, I would like to thank those staff members who looked after me over that three year period. From the sales person to the service people they were all so professional. They showed interest and concern in those matters that I was having concerns (were not many) and on all occasions assisted me and made it seem so easy. Well done Nortons for selecting great people to interact with the customers. Best of luck to all of you!!!!

I dealt with Clinton at the Norton Motor group. I had a delightful experience conducting business with him. The entire car buying experience was made very easy. I was given a great deal. He dealt with my leasing company professionally. I would highly recommend these guys.
