Strong smell in store which made my visit here a bit shorter than it might have been otherwise. Knowledgeable staff who are happy to help, great in store presentation of the pods. Worth a visit if you have of one these machines.

Keith was very lovely and helpful. I find all the staff here go above and beyond with their customer service.

Avoid the Middle Aged Asian woman with short hair Sales assistant at all costs. (Cannot recall her name, so have to describe her.) she should be selling cars. Purchased $78 worth of coffee sleeves and she wanted to upsell me a promotion of a gift boxed various variety (I wasn't interested in these flavours) I politely declined and she became extremely aggressive. I then asked her if she could tell me the previous flavour of pods i purchased and she looked it up, and was all sweetness and light, trying to sell me those, then when I said Not today, thanks, she once more became aggressive. She then put the sleeves on the counter, (more than 6 sleeves) and I asked for a bag, and she gave me one Begrudgingly. Very pushy and aggressive salesperson.

Wendy as a salesperson didn’t understand what “No” means, I had to repeat myself three times of saying “No” until she rudely accepted my answer of not wanting to surrender my details for their pointless membership. Here, now you know who I am. Hope you are happy.

Great coffee pid machines and refills very good. Friends prefer these coffees to cafes
