Starbucks

About the business

Starbucks Corporation is an American coffee company and coffeehouse chain. Starbucks was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1971. As of early 2019, the company operates over 30,000 locations worldwide.

History

The first Starbucks opened in Seattle, Washington, on March 31, 1971, by three partners who met while they were students at the University of San Francisco: English teacher Jerry Baldwin, history teacher Zev Siegl, and writer Gordon Bowker were inspired to sell high-quality coffee beans and equipment by coffee roasting entrepreneur Alfred Peet after he taught them his style of roasting beans.

Mandela Effect ! Starbucks looks so different it’s all Black now even in the sign there’s no more green when it used to be all green no black or at least limited black touches and it’s Starbucks Coffe now not Starbucks anymore.... they didn’t change it intentionally, Starbucks claims they’ve never changed it the name it’s always been Starbucks Coffee and Black has always been its main colour scheme.

Usually pretty good but just got Venti with 3/4 full and bubbles down to the half way line. Kinda regretting going to this store. Some barista' s great so not giving 1 star. Just make sure you remember which ones are good and go to a different store if the bad ones are working

I'm made of about 50% croissant at this point for buying so many $2 butter croissants before 11am. They're so tasty. 😭

Why would you go to Starbucks in the city with the best coffee in the world? Unless you like the overpriced warm milk they call a latte here.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a number of times and every time I visit the staff are apathetic and seem to be above serving the coffee. This wouldn’t be so bad if the coffee wasn’t inconsistent every time I’ve been. I’ve worked at Starbucks before and understand the pressures and annoyances of the job. But it’s literally your job. Doing it will surely pass the time quicker. What a shame
