Had my audi a6 windshield replaced at home today. Done very well and left neat and tidy. Second time I've used these guys and they are consistently good.

Staff at the store were 100% awesome. Booking through the corporate centre was not as good. Good for last minute but they charge a massive premium and the sales staff used a bunch of corporate speak to justify charging 3x premium...

Excellent service, we rang last night and large cracked window replace by 1:30 pm today. Professional courteous service by Sam. All round a very good experience.

Horrible! It's taken 3 months just to get a windscreen replaced properly and it's still not right. They brought the wrong windscreen out, then turned up again on the wrong day, then used masking tape to tape down the edging strips because they didn't have the right clips, then broke the rear vision mirror that ended up hanging off by the wires and in the process of fixing this they cracked the new windscreen. Turned up to the service centre to get it all sorted after calling to check this was ok, to then be told that I had to come back another day. Unbelievably dismal effort. Avoid.
