Found the site and all looked good. Unfortunately for me, I picked the wrong size. I failed to understand that there are differences between vendors. Got the order and was not what I expected. At first, figured it was their mistake, but on discussion with Solly, realised it was a lack of knowledge on my side. I accepted the mistake and was ready to move on in life, but Solly then says "It doesn't sit well with me that you're not happy. So how about you place an order for some lids and I'll spot you the cups at no charge." I explained to Solly that wasn't necessary but he really was quite insistent that he wanted everyone to have an outstanding impression of his business. "It means a lot to me" he said. So in a short period of time I've gone mentally from, crud....my mistake, to.... wow, nice guy fixing my mistake. Would I do business with him again. Most definitely and next time I won't muck up the order!
