Unfortunately the taste of your coffee has changed. I gave you 5 stars before but the last 3 times i visited i was disappointed. "Was Great coffee in the Port Melbourne area!!! Finally I found the best coffee here!! It is an unusual cafe with roasting facilities view!!"

It's definitely hard to find this kind of place that has a cafe inside factory of roasting coffee!! Amazing coffee and really interesting place!! Sensory Lab is one of my favorites!!

Love going to this Sensory Lab branch inside the roasting HQ. Great aroma filling the space and friendly staff. Would be difficult to find this kind of space anywhere else in the world.

Good coffee, great if you are in the area. Not realy somewhere to go for a meal but the cakes look great as well. Fun warehouse feel

Please update your opening times on Google, tried ordering a coffee before 2pm and was turned away because you were "closed".
