Asked for coffee, girl asked if I wanted a latte, cap, etc. I said specifically filtered coffee. She said they had premium coffee. Asked if it was a light/med/dark roast. She got her boss. Finally found out it was Arabica. They made me an Americano with whipped cream. Couldn’t tell me they dont brew coffee and only use their espresso machine. They were polite enough to just remake it into an Americano. Essentially they showed little knowledge of coffee and their machines. Americano was watery. I have a feeling it was espresso

Nice little coffee place. Got my morning coffee here when I was staying in Melbourne. Also got a fruit salad and a raisin danish a couple times and they were good.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. She didn't ask about for here or to go. And didn't ask about receipt either. And she decided not to give a receipt, and 'to go' on her own....haha. It was NOT busy time at all. Like around 3pm. After her own decision, I said I wanted it for here and her facial expression and tone changed unpleasantly! What a service...

Had a servicable long black here AKA Americano. The barista was kind enough to bring our drinks over. It's a chain so, think Starbucks rather than a bijoux hipster coffee joint.
