Was ordered ice coffee. I just want extra sugar and normally I always get the syrup sugar ( not caramel or vanilla, just sugar) . I buy here before and i always buy coffee in target but today they tell me extra $1 for sugar. IT SUGAR GUYS!!! Pay extra for sugar??? If I could give zero stars I would give. Rude!!! Now im just only buy coffee in target center, the Vietnamese boss would treat me better then those Chinese staff with limited English, still don’t know where the house those Chinese staff trained from 👎🏻

I broke my leg a few months ago and love my Gloria jeans coffee. Every morning I ride my scooter or wheelchair down to this store. There are stairs to enter but the amazing girls behind the counter come out to greet me everyday to take my coffee order and drop me my favourite very vanilla latte with cream to me. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you for being angels.

Good atmosphere and location. The furnitures are quite old and the lights are dimmed. The service is great.

They have very limited English skills don't even know what a pesto sandwhich is the lady had to come out and look at the name tag .. no tomato sauce served with pie as well.. the beef pie isn't that great , honestly 7/11 pies are better for $5.45 at Gloria jeans not really worth it
