Instant Windscreens & Tinting Parramatta

The staff were nice enough and the price was a bit cheaper than other places (smashed rear windscreen). I thought it was actually an obligation to clean the entire car after a glass replacement to ensure no sharps are left. However, when I got the car back there was glass shards in the boot and also rattling around in the boot trim. So even though I cleaned it myself afterwards, there were pieces of glass coming out of the little holes on the end of the tailgate for weeks afterward. I don't think this is acceptable and believe they should have the tools to remove the trim and the glass within.

Very courteous people. Took the car on time without any hassle. The manager, Craig, is very humble . Though I booked for windows tint job, I requested him to repair a stone chirp which he did without any hesitation. Great service

Great communication, installed a genuine windscreen through NRMA insurance. Fast booking and service. I drove to the Granville centre to have it done. No problem at all. Thanks.

Took half a day off work to get windscreen replaced and they didn’t even show up in the very broad 4 hour time slot that they gave me. Not even a phone call to say they were running late. Went to work and got O’Brians to do the job instead. I would give “0” stars if I could.

No hate here.. dealing with Nancy over the phone has been very pleasant and she’s very helpful. She follows up when she says she will and at all times professional. The mobile technician that came out to fix my windscreen was friendly and professional too, given my wife (who doesn’t have much knowledge of cars) felt comfortable in dealing with him on her own. He even took the time to give advice to my wife on our other car that had issues with the windscreen. So as I said, no hate here, plenty of positives if not ALL positive, will certainly use them again! Thank you Nancy for your assistance and to the gentlemen that came out and fixed my windscreen! I appreciate it!
