Jasper Coffee

A terrible first and last visit to Jaspers Coffee. The chairs are falling apart, the service is so dry and fake that it’s not even close to friendly. The coffee ordered was extremely weak and after complaining to make it stronger we were forced to pay extra money to actually make it a standard coffee strength. Next time I decide to go to Highpoint to meet friends for a coffee I will definitely recommend to them that we stay home and have instant coffee instead of Jaspers SO CALLED coffee.

Despite the prestigious location of this venue, the main product Coffee is not close to the Melbourne's coffee culture standards. The espresso is under-extracted giving a sour, acid and watery taste with a significant weak body and after taste. Therefore, when is mixed or combined with water or milk the coffee strength is not representative. Barista has to improve the techniques to the coffee preparation.

Stupid guy working there. Horrible customer service he doesn't deserve to be serving me. Disgusting attitude never again will I be going there. I will share this to all my friends so they don't go. Management needs to hire people who know what they're doing not little immature kids.

Just had a terrible coffee experience had jasper which is rather upsetting considering the coffee is usually good. I odered an ice latte and complained that it was weak was forced to pay extra just to recieve the product in which i paid for when i complained and said i should not have to pay extra when i can see that the product is not what i usually get as my coffee is always dark in colour and this is white which shows that the shot of coffee is not up to standard. The waiter did not respond just told me thats 60 cents did not say sorry and was rather rude. No custuner service here disgusting place. Unprofessional
