Great coffee. A tad on the pricier side, but as long as you care about the taste of your coffee that you love, it is well worth it. Friendly staff and amazing crepes. I recommend the Salmon crepe

This place make the best ice chocolates and the best crapes. They have the best ice cream and great service so I go every week to this great cafe!

Really like their coffee. Some staff can be a little rude but others are really friendly.
One of the managers is really knowledgable with coffee and super helpful (young brunette girl - not sure of her name).
I have to share a story though.
I wanted a decafe coffee because I was shopping in the evening and try to avoid caffeine late at night.
I asked the girl at the register, who I have not seen before but seemed like the manager at the time, how the coffee is processed to be decafe (decafe which has been processed with chemicals is bad and potentially carcinogenic).
The girl replied "don't worry, we take it out of the packet and brew it through the machine". I replied "no not the way you make the drink, how is the caffeine removed from your decafe coffee?" she replied "no we literally just use these packets (shows packet of decafe coffee) and then put it in the machine, we don't process it". At this stage the barista and another girl were standing next to her and I thought, great, one of these girls will know the answer. I say as politely as possible "I'm not asking how you make the coffee here, coffee naturally has caffeine and I would like to know how this coffee is processed because some methods use chemicals which are believed to be carcinogenic, while other methods use H2O or CO2 to remove the caffeine and are considered safe from any harsh chemicals". The two girls also looked like they didn't know the answer. The girl taking the order said "I don't think they would use chemicals here because this company use natural methods a lot but we literally just take the coffee out of this bag and brew it for you, we don't do anything else when we make your coffee". Still shocked she keeps showing me the bag and not just saying that she isn't sure of the answer "thanks but I will give it a miss today". I searched their website later that evening and found they use H2O (water) to remove the caffeine. After having such a great experience with the other manager who went above and beyond with her knowledge, these three girls really let the "coffee experts" image down

Friendly service and excellent coffee. Jasper has a fantastic selection of coffee beans (including decaffeinated), coffee brewing equipment and accessories. In addition to croissants, cakes and sweet pastries they serve savoury and sweet crêpes. Seating can be difficult to get at peak times, however.

To the guy behind the counter at the Chadstone store -
You are not a superstar. Dont think you are one.
Respect your customers and treat them like their business means something to you. People like you run good businesses to the ground and everyone's wondering why businesses struggle. Its because of arrogant people like you.
