Amazing coffee and lovely staff but they always close earlier than 4pm. I always have my morning coffee here but sometime i pass by around 3:30 3:40 and they r close so i dunno. Otherwise love it

Just went there for a coffee after a long economics lecture at Holmesglen. But i was shocked when i got almost a Cold Coffee as Chai Latte. Can get much better on Gas Stations.

Was overcharged $80 by accident and only realised after I ‘PayPassed’. Staff was apologetic didnt go the extra mile to assist. I called and asked Nashi Head Office to be refunded by cash for the difference as staff couldnt reverse transaction in store. They said NO! It would have to be banked in via transfer which takes a few days!! I was offered a free lunch to compensate! I mean who are these people?! Nashi head office, WHAT IF I WAS A SINGLE PARENT that needed that $80 dollars to pay for daycare fees or pay for medicines for a sick loved one?? How can you make someone pay for your mistake?? Having owned a restaurant myself this is never a problem but took more on the part of the business to reconcile takings. So bottomline is no one really put me as a customer first and wanted to do extra work to help. So SO SO disappointing and infuriating. It wasnt the mistake but the way it was handled. So Nashi how you handled today was truly APPALING and you have to get better by looks of your mounting BAD ONLINE reviews!! Your lucky I didnt need the $80 if not you would have made someones life truly miserable. I am hoping someone sees this as a major breakdown in customer service . I expect someone WILL CALL ME on Monday and resolve this. I left my contact details with your staff. In saying that the food and coffee was good. Credit where credit is due.
