nice setup, staff are a little inexperienced and inattentive, have frowns on their face a lot, the coffee size for take away is very small, and the size options are dis-proportionate. The standard size is like a kids size, and the large size is equivalent to a medium on industry standards. Ordered a mocha with honey, for take away, and as the size volume was so small, and they obviously used a teaspoon of honey, it made the blend too sweet. Had to go and get another coffee elsewhere to make up for the fix. Would be nice if they smiled more and interacted more with customers, which makes the whole coffee experience nice.

The best thing about this place is the staff. Every time we’ve been here they have been great.......but the food can be a bit hit and miss depending on what you order. I always tried to order something that must be cooked fresh because I think anything that can be cooked and left under a heat lamp until ordered is. Our drinks were always good though.....

Came here last sunday and a fair- haired waitress spilt beers all over our child's pram. Nice brunette insisted on cleaning it but a manager rudely told her to get back to work, only waitress actually providing customer service! Wasn't going to post however i returned today and the service and food was lousy, waiters seemed to be slow although busy. Fritters were dry, friends burger was also dry/ lacking flavour. Sticking to axil coffee next time. Can't get the beer smell out!

Friendly and good service but the coffee needs improving. Otherwise a great place to relax.

The food was Ok, staff were friendly with a smile :) Coffee was pretty decent. I recommend the Salmon Benedict. A comfortable experience. Not the best option in Chadstone, but definitely better than others.
