Was promised next day delivery on product. Received call to inform me that product had arrived and was awaiting collection at 10am the next day. I arrive order at the store at 11am, waited half an hour for service, provided order name, then waited 20 minutes during which time they offered me the wrong product twice before informing me the product had not yet arrived and they did not know when it would arrive.
