Outstanding service. Most importantly the repair of my windscreen was perfect. Great clean waiting room with good coffee. They were on time and finished early. I was waited on by Dee who was super helpful. The technicians took the time to explain the process. All with a life-time warranty. I was very happy with the service and totally recommend them.

This was my best experience in customer service yet. Call center did a great job in setting up my appointment with local team 45 min later same day. Reception at the Alexandria subsidiary was welcoming. 40 min later the chip in my windshield was fixed. Great job and excellent service.

I want to give a compliment to Tyler for his help with our car, needed help with a loose weatherstrip after our windscreen was recently replaced. He was an absolute professional, really listened when I explained the problem. Also great when I collected the car and he explained how they fixed it as well as passing feedback to the workshop. Also gave me a complimentary chip repair voucher for my trouble having had to bring the car back. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this place for a windscreen repair.
