KTM knows how to pick them lol
Lucky for me that there's plenty of KTM dealers around n there's no much difference between them
Went n I was ready to buy the 390 but it was a joke the way that some people do their job
I know that Monday's is not our cup of tea for many of us but when one tries to play the who's desperate more than the other game...gets to lose a customer....
Keep your bikes n attitude, I've found a better deal at Hornsby ciao

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across.
My partner bought a BRAND NEW Polaris just over 12 months ago.
The Polaris has spent more time in their workshop then it has at home.
It sometimes sits there for over a month and we will call and it still won’t be fixed.
Most times we get told we will call you back and we never get that call back.
The quad has probably been to the workshop 10 times if not more. That’s an hour and a halfs trip every time, there and back for us as well. Completely ridiculous
They’re hopeless. There was one issue with the quad where the team couldn’t find it in a workshop with a million tools around them. Though my partner found what the issue was with a leather men in the bush!
My have been fighting for our money back or a new quad. We literally bought a quad that break downs more times then we’ve ridden it.
Apparently there is nothing Sutto’s can do besides forward an email onto Polaris which we have written. Apparently there are no contact numbers we can call, apparently there is just no way of contacting them. They also told us they don’t communicate with Polaris. Surely if they sell their bikes they’d speak to them on some type of basis?
They just want to sell.. and nothing else.. aftercare isn’t a priority if their’s.

Very happy with the service.
Just bought a KTM 1090 Adventure R 2018.
The sales staff were excellent, particularly Aaron who went out of his way to help, without being pushy.
I would highly recomend SUTTO'S for their top notch service and professional attitude during, and after the sale.
Well done.
