Good food, but everything is way too expensive. And the whole "get off your phones" campaign is hypocritical and ironic when the employees sit down at tables during their shift and use their phones. EDIT: Changed to four stars due to recent exceptional food and service, with the addition of some new friendly staff.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, only to be told there was a mistake with our order when we followed up. Being an ex-Grafton boy, that's disappointing.
