Unbelievably inflexible person & completely unhelpful. I went to hire a baby seat and asked for it to be fitted as I was collecting granddaughter in awhile. I was told I needed to book and wouldn’t be until next week! He was in store by himself apparently. However that didn’t stop him leaving the store to help some other people get a chair they had bought into their vehicle. I guess he thought I wasn’t worth the effort because I was only hiring a baby seat. Bad luck though, because I had also been going to purchase a new mattress and had some other items in my hands as well. I returned them to the shelf and left. I won’t be returning. I am getting a Dunlop brand mattress from Clark Rubber at Greenfields. Edit: My response to your response - disappointing. Two things - I had actually been in store a few days previously to inquire about seat ftting and was only given the information that ‘Yes’ you fitted baby seats. What I wasn’t told was that I had to book in first. Would have been helpful if I had all the information. Secondly - the time it takes is about 3 minutes based on the time it took the other service to fit the baby seat. Lastly - your attitude of blame the customer is unfortunate and unprofessional - particularly the childish “tsk, tsk” at the end. What you should be saying is “How can I do this better.”
