Unfortunately I have had a bad experience at this bakery. Many times now I either gone without my lunch because of their mistakes with my sandwiches and 1 time the lettuce that i was served was almost black because it had been frozen! Another 2 times I was given wholemeal bread when I asked for white as I am allergic to some ingredients in the bread. Yesterday again, I was unsatisfied with what was put on my sandwich and rang them, spoke to Lyn and she said sorry we will make you another one and refund your money..when I arrived to pick it up today and get my refund I was told I was never offered a refund!!!.I dont have time to keep running back to their shop to correct their mistakes..NEVER AGAIN...and I was abused after I said I wont be coming back again!!
