The team at Kmart Tyre and Auto were extremely helpful and their pricing was very reasonable. Chris was definitely a shining star with our visit - nothing was too much of an issue! I will be definitely be recommending the team here!

I rang Kmart Tyre and Auto Hornsby to find out about getting a repair done on a tyre that had been punctured. Straight of the bat the young man I spoke to did not seem at all interesting in being either polite or helpful. After making a confirmed time that was convenient to them to bring my car (I was very agreeable to fit in to whatever time suited them just as long as it was finished in an hour and a half) I arrived to be told it would take much longer then first agreed (really it was a tyre change which should take no longer than half an hour) and he then actually accused me of lying about the conversation we had. BEST THING I did was tell him to shove it I would go elsewhere. From out the front I rang another retailer literally across the road and was told to bring it straight on in and was all fixed up within the hour. Kmart tyre and auto customer service is your bread and butter and sadly today is was so appalling I have felt it necessary to make my first ever complaint! People reading this there are PLENTY of great options for service in Hornsby all close by don’t ever let someone treat you badly.
