After some difficult problems that were no ones fault, Lynda in the service department took it on personally to resolve the issues herself, she went above and beyond in trying circumstances. Would recommend the service in a heart beat.

Just want to give a shout out to Lynda Armstrong in the service department. Thank you for going above and beyond providing excellent service and making me feel like a valued Volkswagen customer despite the recent hiccups with my vehicle. Lynda is an absolute asset to this company and reconfirms the reason I will stay a Volkswagen customer for years to come.

Dropped into spare parts a few minutes after 4pm to pick up some coolant after calling them half an hour earlier to confirm they had it and the guy had gone home early and no-one else could help me. The advertised time on the website is until 4:30pm. The annoying part is the we can't help you attitude when someone could have gotten the coolant for me. Luckily Audi spare parts was open nearby.

Since when was it enjoyable to take your car in for repair? The service I received here was exemplary and I don’t say that lightly.. the whole team is a treat. My experience with other VW dealers across Brisbane has been difficult and left me regretting my VW purchase. Lynda and her team have treated me with the highest respect and kindness. They were honest, communicative and thorough. To say they went above and beyond for me is not doing it justice. While I’ve been driving the brand new Golf they loaned me, they have been fighting my corner to get a good and fair result on the massive repair my Polo unexpectantly needed. If it’s possible to, I’m looking forward to my next service 😊
