Coast Yamaha

I have all the good things to say about this place. Simon from Coast Yamaha went out of his way and helped me out. The bike was a surprise gift for my husband, and I gave Simon no notice or indication that I would need it on the same day. I never went to see the bike but roughly knew from my husband this particular demo bike he was intereste in and Simon was the one he was dealing with. I only spoke to Simon over phone and explained him the situation that I would really need to buy it for him to surprise him, before my husband buys it himself. Simon was more than willing to assist even though I only gave him 4 hours to get it delivered and that too after the closing time of the shop. But he went above and beyond to get it delivered on the very same day. I can recommend this place without thinking twice. Thank you Simon and Matthew for you kind help and making it happen. My husband is very delighted to have it :)

Gave them 3 stars , because ,you walk in sales staff are freindly , walk around to desks the staff are all freindly and courteous ,,, Ask about products and prices , All good , leave phone number to ring when prices are in , should'nt take long popular bike and a yamaha , and well known brands , , 4 days later still waiting for phone call ,, Rang 2 other stores back to me with prices within the hour , All good they get 3 stars for freindliness , but its the second time i've been in for prices with no return call , so just assume they don't need the buisness , Not to worry , theres plenty of stores that do

Friendly staff gave me confidence buying a second hand dirt bike.

Went in to look at helmets but they didn't have what I wanted but were more than happy to order whatever I wanted even though I didn't live in the area which I thought to me that was brilliant they had it in within four days cheers to the staff very friendly and helpful

Ben in sales was very helpful today when selling me a second hand Honda CRF250r. great deal and a new helmet for both the missus and I. Will buy again.
