Good range of awesome products, Rory however is the rudest salesman I've ever met... Wont be seeing a cent of mine! I'd never recommend this store unless he was out of town and had someone else running the place

Very dissapointed with the customer service at this store. I chose to support this local business by purchasing some small parts (nuts and bolts that could have been bought at Bunnings). I purchased the wrong size so I decided to take them back to get the correct size. When I asked if I could exchange the un-opened packet of nuts and bolts, I was given the poorest attitude. I was repeatedly told to read the refund policy by both staff and even sly remarks were made about charging me a re-stocking fee ???? All over $10 worth of nuts and bolts??? Is it really worth treating your customers like that? I ended up paying more in the exchange so the attitude was not warranted. I will never shop at this store again when you can buy online for a third of the price.

Ive been shopping at Rorys for quite a few years I have found him to be very helpfull If he doesn't know about a product or if he doesn't stock he will go out of his way to get it for you grate selection

Very friendly and helpful explained everything to me and gave me some infomation to read up on. They have excellent knowledge and were happy to answer all my questions. Thank you ill be back.
