i saw that this place had bad reviews but i had a really long day and needed a drink, so i went for the safe option and got a bottle of lemonade. i’ve had multiple people try and get it open and now i have a bruise on my hand and when i finally found someone who could manage to open it it was flat. it’s like they knew that it was because when i ordered it the guy who got it was smirking. it wouldn’t be surprised if he shook it before they put it in the fridge. they must hate earning money.

$6.50 for half a chicken schnitzel wrap, that was so dry I needed a mouthful of water with each bite. The paywave function on their EFTPOS machine didn’t work, although the man who served me didn’t seem to notice or care, as he put the food on the counter in front of me and moved on to the next customer with a rehearsed, perfunctory “thank you”- as I was inserting my card to pay manually. There was one other customer waiting, I’m sure they would have waited an extra 20 seconds for my transaction to finish. Do yourself a favour and don’t eat here. Better yet, unless you absolutely have to be at Flinders St Station at lunch time, go to Melbourne Central or Southern Cross and eat at their food courts.

Poor customer service ... staff seems to be too rude especially the guy working there.. I asked for chicken schnitzel sandwich, the guy working there gave the cold one without heating.. I ask him to heat it up, he again was no interested and doing everything Like he is forced to do. Even initially i was waiting for my order, he didn't even noticed me, he was looking for someone who was behind me, the person behind has to remind him that I am on the front. Horrible customer service ever experienced. Never gonna visit again.. I wish I could give zero... Even zero would be more.. I want to give on minus.

Not too sure what all the fuss is about reading these reviews. I come here every morning and the service is always great, coffee is exceptional too. Extra shots are free which is awesome and coffee's always come out really quickly despite the store being busy. Take the other reviews with a pinch of salt!

Normally my coffee here is great. I just ordered a English breakfast tea however and the guy obviously didn't listen to my request because the tea bag wasn't left in and it looks like milk. I expect to get a refund.
