Passive aggressive male staff with poor customer service skills.
We called in for a quick afternoon tea for the first time today (7/4/28) and weren't greeted or told whether they were table service or not.
We found the menus ourselves then went to the counter to order.
The young man who took my order seemed to be in a very bad mood. I ordered a croissant with jam and cream which arrived without jam and cream.
It was fresh and flakey and the coffee was nice but halfway through my coffee he was back again and removed our plates and my coffee without a word.
I went up to the counter to complain that my coffee had gone walkabout and the same young man said he'd replace it.
My daughter said she saw the two young men laughing about it in the open kitchen.
Lucky I didn't see that or I may have lost my temper, even 'tho' I don't 'sweat the small stuff'.
Never again.

Great food and staff but self seating so kinda confused at first. Nice and cosy for family and singles. Got a bar on tap and coffees and food menu. Not bad after cherry picking trip nearby.
