Been here a couple of times with a Groupon voucher which is a great deal, very friendly customer service from the lady who owns the place, she was the only one working there and was watching as she was guggling to get through ten customers orders but remained calmed and friendly the whole time..our coffee and toastie was very nice, will be back for sure :)

Appalling attitude! Would NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER!! Bought a Groupon voucher to use there. Took my elderly parents for coffee and toastie there yesterday. As soon as I tried to use my voucher, was told yo come back as they were busy and need the tables...there were plenty of tables...my mum was sitting down in one! THEN was told can't order for 10 min!!! Felt they were racists...served other Caucasian customers before me! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CANCELLED MY VOUCHER
