Gloria Jean's Coffees

Witnessed the owner preemaking coffee shots this morning!!! Paying a premium for non fresh coffee. Unacceptable for a coffee shop!

The team here are so friendly and wonderful. I have been going here for 2yrs now even having moved away from the area i will take the time to drive there specifically for there service. Keep it up also food and drinks are great.

Absolutely shady store, the only store that charges $7 for a sausage roll. And when I wanted to redeem my 2 free iced coffees with my rewards card as I had sufficient points I was told that their system was down. I will never return to this store as they deliberately fail to add the cane sugar in iced coffees as well. $7 for a sausage roll? All the other stores have a maximum price of $5.95. Chinese thieves

Not bad tasting coffee here. Has a nice flavour but could be smoother. The speed of service was only average compared to other coffee stores ive been to before, possibly because gloria jeans is quite a bit busier than other coffee stores so considering this the wait time was acceptable but I wouldnt come here if I was in a big hurry. For me Coffee Hut stores are still my first preference over gloria jeans, but worth a try here if you havent tried it before
