Very rude phone manner, has no interest in helping the customer or giving good customer service did not listen to what i had to say did not answer my question..
Not a hard question to answer do you scrap a vehicle by weighing it and paying per tonne or do yo not..surely not hard to answer but he wouldnt answer then hung up on me when i told him he was trying to rip me off and i can get more for my vehicle by weight then he was offering outright .. i may be female sir but that does not mean i am stupid .. get some manners and learn how to give appropriate customer service..
