During the purchasing of our Nissan, the staff were friendly, helpful and communication was superb. Once the car was purchased, suddenly communication was not a priority. I have been trying for 3 weeks to have somebody contact me back and have been promised multiple times that the appropriate person will contact me. I will be doing business elsewhere from now on. Disappointed in the treatment we have received.

Firstly my experience buying a used Mercedes was the best service I ever had. I live in Melbourne and I was looking for a ML500 Mercedes and found the one I was looking for in Mildura. I got in contact with David and he helped me every step of the way including picking me up from the airport to pick up the car. Luke also helped getting to know the car and the paper work. I Found the people at North Star Motors Mildura very professional . I was also astounded not only did they service my car they also washed it, which I did not expect at all. Never had that happen before when I have had cars serviced before, so was a welcome touch. And these were cars I had serviced at dealerships as well. The receptionist was first class explaining every thing in detail when I picked up the car.
