The Coffee Club Café - Eastland-vic

Was pretty good for a bite and coffee but how standards have fallen recently. It appears to be under new management and staff have changed. My citrus avocado salad came absent of key ingredients (feta & pepitas) and "contaminated" with fragments of what appeared to be fried batter which is just unacceptable and had to be sent back. Coffee remains good as long as you don't mind it served with spills in the saucer. Surly service and inane upselling of banana bread and muffins when you've just ordered a salad for lunch just irritate further. Absolutely dreadful and deserves no stars!

Good coffee. That's it. Very hesitant to provide serviettes (must ask twice or more) . Customer service doesn't always come with a smile, they want to upsell rubbish food and move us on as quickly as possible.

Much better breakfast than I expected from a franchise in a shopping centre. However have only tried one item so I don't know if that applies to the rest of the menu. Bit pricey.

ordered food from the community portal ended up getting a different meal by accident which I didn't mind btw! :) but they offered my original meal for free and were super nice! great customer service defiantly will be ordering again

While at Eastlands a group of us went to the Coffee Club and enjoyed a good healthy lunch. From a good menu of Muffins, cookies, savoury snacks, croissants, scones, with the something special menu well worth a read. The cafe was very busy, but we found the service was efficient and friendly. Left satisfied with our visit. Having a Coffee Club Card helps with the cost of coffees.
