Had dinner there tonight, always great but tonight was especially delicious. Staff always great and tonight was no exception. Maybe the best Indian food, consistently I have eaten.

Service was very poor, had to stand up and go and find someone to ask for more rice (1 small bowl for 4 adults?) despite there being only 2 other small tables of other customers dining in the whole time we were there. Food was ok however when went to settle bill they tried to charge us more for the wine, stating their prices had increased however they hadnt updated the menus. Despite us arguing they couldnt just charge us more if they didnt have the new price in the menu they tried to insist we pay. To top it off they charged us corkage despite us buying their wine? We didnt byo anything. Poor service ruined the whole experience, we wont be back.

Unfortunately not the best Indian I've had, mainly just large chunks of meat with lots of sauce. Nice staff and nice restaurant but sadly I won't go back for the food.

Mcdowall Punjabi have never had a bad experience. Best curry. Exactly the same every time I get takeaway.

The Indian staff are very rude and think they are doing you a favour by serving you. The food is good though. They do a cash only night so they can keep some cash off the books and will ask you tog o to a nearby ATM which is annoying.
