It's fast food, so don't expect quality authentic Vietnamese. The dishes are up to Roll'd's usual quality (enjoyable but only as much as you'd expect for the price), but the major let down is the young guy who works there. He seriously lacks customer service skills, making you feel that you're putting him out by wanting to order or collect. Today is about the fifth time I've encountered him and he was too busy on his mobile to even notice I was waiting to order. Then no apology when "there are no more prawn crackers" (ie. we've sold all the ones we already prepared and can't be bothered to cook some fresh). It's a real shame, because all of the other workers deliver excellent service with warm smiles. I wish they'd teach the one guy who works there how to do it! ***edit*** After I wrote the review the guy started packing away tables all the while on his phone. Such professionalism! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED On Tuesday 8th May at 11.20am I went to the store. No one says hello when I walk in the store. A guy looked me but ignored me. when i was waiting for food a girl staff member arrive then I asked her a take away bag she stared at me. They were Very rude. And also, the tables were so dirty looked like they had been cleaned for 3days. Food stuffs dried and sticked on the tables.

The banh mi is disappointing. The bread wasn't fresh, the pork was bland, minimal sauce. Can get better elsewhere.

The bahn mi was the worst I have ever had. All bread and no filling - not worth $9.50
