I do not recommend this franchise- Pizza Capers Clayfield! Avoid! Avoid! Every time I go here, I remember why I shouldn't go here ever again. They will never admit fault or look after the customer who just spent $85 on one order. Even having an entertainment book discount which wasn't able to be used as I already had a deal added to my order, than not taking off the deal to apply the discount instead!!! not happy and won't be back this time! However did get a 25% off next time instead of using my entertainment book 😒

We placed a lunch order before 11am and asked for it to be delivered at 12. The delivery was not only 1/2 hour late but they forgot a pizza which we had to tell them about. We were told by the delivery driver he would let the owner know so we waited an hour and no pizza. We eventually had to ring to find out that the driver had told someone who left to do another delivery so the missing pizza we'd paid for hadn't even been started. When we asked for a refund they fought us on it. Never again will I order from them!!

Took 1.5 hours for 2 kids pizzas and 1 small pizza to arrive. Ridiculous. When we rang to inquire, there was no apology or offer of a discount. Just excuses.

To start with, I have a Pizza Capers account so they have my phone number. Also, the pizzas are not exactly cheap. So imagine ordering a pizza, waiting at the counter for someone to acknowledge you for an extended period of time before being told that your margherita pizza is missing a key ingredient. Being told with a 'I hope you don't mind...'. Like, yeah, no, I don't mind paying $15 for a pizza with nothing on it. They could have called after the order was placed to let me know, or offered something like a garlic bread to make up for it. It's called customer service and I found it really lacking. Edit: I highly recommend Hell Pizza as an alternative. It is just down the road and the pizza is great.
