I have been purchasing from Amore for over 6 years now, Geoff and his team have been a pleasure to deal with the whole time. All staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent service and advice. They have an extensive range of products in the showroom and the price is always great.

I bought two bankers table lamps from the store. When I went in to ask for assistance replacing the glass lampshade on one of them with a shade Amore itself had sold me, I was told to go to an electrician because no one in the store had any electrical qualifications. Staff didn't even attempt to look at the problem, which was how to go about replacing the lampshade. The attitude of staff was astoundingly arrogant and dismissive. It was terrible customer service to be honest. I won't go back.
