Rude owner. Food was good, don’t like to be bullied when i’m paying for food and service. Noticed how when people give Stella a low rating she calls them dishonest? Emotional blackmail?

Just a cafe .Staff are friendly. We only had dessert which was fine. Not house made.

Food was ok, I witness manager being really nasty to another diner which I thought was uncalled for. It did felt as though constructively criticism wasn’t tolerated. Such a waste. Reply: it’s not dishonest when it’s the truth, obviously you have a lot to learn about customer experience and how it affects the bottom line. No need to shoot anyone, just train them better. Stop being so defensive. All you do is criticize people that give you a poor rating, perhaps trying to win them back is a better strategy. We were planning to come back on Saturday for lunch. Your food is ok comment refers to how I felt after seeing another customer got ripped a new one.... I have seen the manager screamed at staff before and not said anything. Now that I know Iimis is about bullying customers and staff, it’s not a place I want to associate myself with.

The wild card for a struggling team is always this: Maybe you can get better. It’s rarely that easy, of course. Usually it takes a force outside of the ordinary to shake things up: a trade, a benching, a Jeremy Lin falling out of the sky for a couple of
