Went up to the Adelaide Hills yesterday and had heard some good reviews about Brother Bear Wholefood Cafe at Mt Barker so thought I would check it out. They have a good selection of yummy food and drinks on offer. I had a bowl with a juice and followed by banana bread. There is indoor seating and a large outdoor area as well. I will be going back next time Im in Adeliaide that's for sure.

Went here for breakfast and loved it. I'm currently on a whole foods diet (no diary, gluten or added sugar) and this was the perfect place to go. I had this GF mulesi with fresh fruit which was really yummy. Only negative is my friend got the sticky date waffles and it was very small, especially for the price, so this was disappointing.

Great little coffee shop offering a selection of healthy food options (as well as vegan and gluten free). $2 coffee on Wednesdays if you bring your own cup!
