Absolutely excellent customer service! They made a slight error with our order but to make up for it, not only did they fix it and apologies, they refunded the amount and gave us a coupon for next time. I am always impressed with the service here. Great work!

Food deserves 10 stars- was absolutely delicious and tasted a lot more authentic than anywhere else. Vodka/lemonade was amazing too! Good times were put to an end however when my friend went up to the counter to purchase a margarita- to which the girl who served her responded with something along the lines of “you know you can’t get drunk in this area right?” Considering the fact that we had one drink each, it was uncalled for and rude. I understand that you don’t want the drunk and disorderly inside of your restaurant but we were simply sitting down and enjoying our food quietly prior to that moment. Unfortunately it takes us a lot more than one drink to get a bit tipsy, and we know a lot better than to do so in a public restaurant. The dirty glances being shot at us were not appreciated either. Service was quite good otherwise. Would definitely return to eat and enjoy an after-work drink, minus the nastiness of particular staff.

Rated two stars because the chips were good. Unfortunatly nothing else was. I've never had a burrito before and I did ask what was in it. No one mentioned that there were beans in it. Absolute waste of money because counter staff have no idea what's in the food 😠

I tried this franchise twice at 2 different locations and this is the best! Food was great and freshly made. I had kids nachos with the cheese fries. Staff were friendly. My childrenwere happy and we will go back again.

Got takeaway as I have many times and realised when I got home my vege burrito bowl had chicken in it.. staff just offered a new one despite me having to drive to 30mins to rectify the mistake. The owner did follow up and was apologetic but double check your orders vegos and vegans!!
