We went to street hotpot for the first time last night and what a lovely experience it was. Not sure why people are complaining about the service and quantity of food there was so much on the train to choose from. The staff and owner where so lovely they where constantly making sure we where happy and enjoying our meal. We where given a plate of prawns and muscles with our soup and where also given a roll similar to a rice paper roll on arrival which was very yummy. I will definitely be back as we had such a great time and the food was yummy. Great work street hotpot.

This is like fulfilling my hot pot urge and dream. Better still because you will be given individual pot with flavour of your choice unless you chose to sit at long table for group lunch or dinner. If you go with just your better half then best to sit on individual spot. I wanted to give 3.5 stars purely for the chair that it is not comfortable. But I don't know how to give 3.5 on rating. But I have no complaints for the food and service.

Went with a friend for lunch last week. Impressed by how clean and fresh looking everything is, and how much natural light comes in. (Toilets are extremely clean). Felt it was very good value. You get to choose your own cold drink from the frig. You’re given a small tasty Vietnamese salad as starters, and a plate of seafood to cook in your pot of stock. Also to add to your stock you can choose as many as you like of the plates of food going past you on the conveyor belt....all tasty, pleasing to look at, and great variety...meat, mushrooms, pasta, egg, greens, seafood, you name it. I was impressed by how, despite guests constantly taking plates from the conveyor belt, there were never gaps....they constantly fill up the conveyor belt. Then you get to help yourself to dessert....a yummy mixture of green jelly and fruits like lychees, in coconut milk. Wonderful service. Nothing too much trouble. Dirty plates constantly whisked away to be washed. Bountiful food. I felt they were very generous. Loved the food and the ambiance, and the novelty value. Incidentally, there is a cheap car park just across the street, which is only about $3 for a couple of hours. Children are welcomed. Children under 4 are free and half price for under 9s (think it was 9). Highly recommend.

Went there for the first day on a Friday at around 2pm, it was nice and cold in there. Great customer service and atmosphere. However the prawns and mussels seemed to be limited for each customer. Seafood and beef were good. The waitresses were awesome, always smiled.
