Nice Team! Great location to go to some beaches you can only gain access by boat! Team is really young but everything was totally fine! You can leave your clothes and stuff in a spare room and stuff like mobiles or wallets with the Team. You get a card of the area with your kayak

I’d like to have given this place more stars as it’s such a great location, with plenty of equipment to hire, and prices that are pretty much standard for this type of thing. We hired a couple of SUPs. It was the first time for my friend, whereas I’ve had plenty of experience. Which was lucky, as my friend was given a totally inappropriate paddle (way too long for her short stature). I asked for a shorter one and was told there ‘probably wasn’t one’. I found one in the pile in about 30seconds. It made all the difference being her first time, and hopefully she’ll come back for more. The rest of the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. Otherwise a great afternoon out.

Nothing better than grabbing a kayak and paddling around to Store Beach.

Unprofessional staff and processes! I never write reviews but was disappointed with our experience with Manly Kayak Staff. We found out at 9am that our 9am booking had to be delayed by 1hour because the weather was bad the night before. Although it was perfectly fine weather at 9am. In addition I was blamed because Manly Kayak didn't take my number when I booked so they couldn't call me. Instead they sent an email 26minutes prior.... unacceptable people. I travelled an hour to get there and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only person travelling this type of length in Sydney. Considering the weather is a key factor for kayaking and if it was going to be an issue alert people with bookings 24hours prior so they can plan accordingly. Really poor effort guys would have expected a bit more foresight and consideration of your paying customers. If weather truely was an issue you could have at least had someone at the stand at 9am to let us know in person as opposed to the customer chasing up Manly Kayak.
