The Oz jet boating is an awesome experience. The team details regarding all the safety measures to be taken care during the ride. There is a locker facility wherein you can store your valuables during the ride and get coats if you don't want to get much wet. The ride starts near Opera House, moves further to Torranga zoo and PM residence in Sydney. The twists and water soaking experience is great. It's fun and not scary, so great fun thing to be done with kids as well. Must do in Sydney!

By the other reviews I think it is uncommon, however I did injure my AC joint on this ride. The general manager has been extremely empathetic and helpful and refunded my ticket and is working on ways to reduce the risk of this happening to others. I had a very painful collision with the person next to me, so ensuring space between yourself and others may possibly help. I think it is still important to know that, as this company warns, there are inherent risks on this ride and injury may occur. Luckily it looks like this is rare.

This is such a fun place to go! If you are visiting the Sydney harbour area I recommend you take a ride. If you don't know, this boat speeds around the harbour doing spins and bouncing on waves and such. You also get so slow down for a bit and see some nice sights of the harbour. (Don't bring your phone though!) It's a little extreme but nothing 12yrs+ couldn't handle. You also get really wet, which it so much fun. The staff are helpful and give you raincoats for the ride (which don't help much, though). You get photos taken for you and videos which you can get on a USB for about $38. I would ride again if I had the chance!!

This is one of those things that I did at the insistance of the kids rather than out of any desire on my own part. The enthusiasm of the staff and the thrill of the ride completely overcame any hesitancy on my part. The ride was fast and fun, long enough to see a fair bit of Sydney harbour and utterly drenching! The staff will warn you of this and the need to remove hats and sunglasses, believe them. The force of the wash can rip even wrap around sunglasses from your face. At the end of the ride I couldn't have been more thoroughly soaked if I had leapt into the harbour fully clothed. Good fun, kids loved it. I thought the normal price of $80 per head was a little expensive, although we did get a discount with a harbour attractions package. I also felt the price of the USB of photos was far too high so we have no photos of the event.
