This place is an absolute scam. I would steer clear. I purchased two tickets to a cruise for VIVID in early May. Shorltly thereafter, I got an email from the company’s receptionist saying my card was declined. Which was odd. So I just decided to use a different card and bought two tickets, again. After I got my bank statement, I noticed that the original purchase was indeed charged to my card. I’ve emailed the company twice and they’ve failed to respond. Don’t trust them with your money. Use some other company.

Had a worst buffet dinner on the Sydney Harbour Ballroom cruise. Found an almost 1cm metal thing in dish, so we let the waitress know by hoping they give us an explanation. However she took the spoon with metal to kitchen and hand us a new spoon and what she told us was 'Sorry, it's just a plastics', then we only told her we sure it's a metal and why it's in dish, what she replied was 'what do you want' in a bad manner right away. The attitude how she or they handled this was bad. i strongly believe this is their sop of being rude or fierce first to handle this kind of problem to prevent customer continue ask them question, their manager did not even come out to face customer to explain or just say a sorry. We did not try to argue, we were actually shocked to see how the waitress acted. By the way, they did not tell customer at the purchase point that customers would have to share table with other customers until we boarding. We were sitting right next to other customer, we can't even talk since we sat so close to people we don't know. We requested to move to other empty table, one of the waitress was nice, she said we can move but only if there's no more customer boarding to take those seats. Eventually theres no other customer boarding and we were lucky enough to move to that table that have our own privacy. Otherwise, the night would be so ruined. I really hope you guys will follow up my case.
